That’s why we created the Benefits Program. If your items get damaged – whether it’s from a storm, accident, or something else – we’ve got your back. This program was a huge help for a lot of our customers after the flooding in 2016, offering reimbursements for repairs or replacements so they could get back on their feet without worrying about replacing everything. We’re here to make sure you’re covered when life throws a curveball.
Benefits of Our Protection Program
Service &
Maintenance
Accident Assistance - If your rented item is damaged due to a covered event, we’ll help cover repair orreplacement costs.
Rental Protection - We’ve got your back if your rental product is lost or damaged due to covered events like fire, theft, or weather. We’ll replace it or repair it to its original condition.
Courtesy Waiver - If the worst happens and you lose a loved one, we’ll waive the remaining balance of the merchandise’s cost if you have an active rental agreement.
Involuntary Unemployment Payment Waiver - If you lose your job, you can get up to four months or $1,000 in payment waivers for your rental agreement.
